All cancellation requests must be received in writing or by phone conversation with DDS customer service no later then the 20th of the month (or the Friday or non holiday business day before, if the 25th falls upon a weekend). Those members who are billed on a 5,6 month or annual basis need only write “cancel” on their bill and mail such to DDS using the prepaid postage envelope. The prepaid envelope must be received by the date described above to allow for DDS to cancel the billing cycle.
If your cancellation request or call is not received by the 20th your bank account or credit card may be drafted/charged on the following first of the month and your membership will remain active through the end of that month.
